Multi-venture founder
Building institutions that outlive their founder.
Founder, operator, and builder of institutions — across faith, family, commerce, education, and legacy.
Six ventures across faith, family, commerce, education, and legacy — run by one operator on one AI operating system. The measure of the work isn't what it earns this year. It's what still stands when I'm no longer the one carrying it.
Wealth that ends with you was never wealth. It was income. What you build for the generation behind you is the only balance that carries.Damien Blythers
Philanthropy
Capital is the smallest thing you can give.
The families I come from were never short on talent. They were short on on-ramps — access, information, and someone who had already walked the road. My giving follows that conviction: put capital, capability, and technology where they compound for generations rather than land as a headline.
Priority initiatives
Where the work is pointed right now.
Kingdom Way Learning
A formation platform for people who refuse to choose between conviction and competence. Education built on Kingdom principles, held to an operator's standard of rigor.

A family operating system for keeping a family's memory, voice, and story intact across generations. Built because the records of Black families are the ones history keeps losing.

The short version.
Where it starts
Atlanta. A family that taught me the difference between making money and building something that keeps making it after you. I named my AI operating system Beaman after my grandfather, because the whole point of the work is that a name should still mean something three generations out.
What I build
Six ventures across wellness, education, media, live experience, professional services, and family technology — plus the operating system that lets one person hold them to a single standard. Klarity is the flagship and launches September 30, 2026.
Why it matters
Faith is not the marketing layer on top of the business; it is the reason the business has a standard at all. I am building institutions — things with their own life, that do not need me to survive.
The portfolio
Six ventures. One standard.
Each venture earns its place by compounding something the others can use — margin, audience, capability, or trust. Nothing in the portfolio exists to be busy.
One operator runs all six because the leverage isn't headcount — it's Beaman, the AI operating system I built to hold every venture to the same bar: strategy before tactics, capability over title, top 0.1% as the floor.
Writing
Notes from the build.
What I'm learning while building — written as it happens, not polished into a lesson after the fact.
The first essay is on its way. Writing published from the Studio appears here automatically.
Build like someone will inherit it.
If you're building something that's meant to outlast you — or you want to talk about what I'm building — the door is open.
